v0.1 — Initial kickoff draft (July 7, 2026)
Vision/thesis; baseline (PLTW, robotics, AP culture); comp set initial read; impediments analysis; three-tier motorsports concept; emerging tech scope; pipeline ladder; advisory group charter; three-phase roadmap; 14-day actions.
v0.2 — Service integration (same day)
Added Tier 4 to motorsports: Weiner/MDA legacy model as design principle; Urban Youth Racing School partnership concept; service-hours-as-program-fuel framing.
v0.3 — Integration reframe + faculty model (same day)
Vision reframed to the infusion model; faculty impediment expanded with the practitioner-adjunct model.
v0.4 — Verified baseline + magisterial alignment (same day)
Baseline updated against the Curriculum Guide; magisterial alignment section added; founder's convergence quote added (draft); agile operating model + urgency rationale; financial plan; advisory candidates added; version history appended.
v0.5 — Infusion examples + encyclical integration (same day)
Department-by-department infusion table added; magisterial alignment section rewritten with both encyclical quotes; "It's the assignment" framing added.
v0.6 — Full restructure (S18.06)
Converted from single-scroll document to a one-page executive summary + a page per section. Magisterial alignment moved ahead of the founder's quote, with "It's the assignment" merged into the callout box. §2 now leads with "the opportunity" and flags the real estate curriculum gap. §4 reordered — AI acceptable-use policy now the top-priority impediment. §5 renamed "Co-Curricular & Service Concepts" and substantially trimmed — full STEM Racing/karting-league engineering build-out removed in favor of a light flagship co-curricular + the service program; added the GM new-CPO timing note, bolded "legacy model"/"primary concept," clarified what "service corps" means, and added the UYRS Chicago expansion as a proof-of-concept precedent. §6 gained an intro explaining the tier system and timeline, and now leads with a new Real Estate & the Built Environment vertical addressing the curriculum gap directly. §7 renamed "Student Pipelines" and split into an educational ladder (new) alongside the existing professional ladder. §8 renamed "Advisory Structure" and restructured as a two-phase model — a Phase 0 working group formalizing into a permanent Steering Committee — explicitly framed as cross-discipline rather than industry-only.
v0.7 — Section swap + tightening pass (S18.06)
Emerging Tech Scope and Co-Curricular & Service Concepts swapped — Tech Scope is now §5, Co-Curricular is now §6 (all cross-references renumbered accordingly). §5's real-estate fold-in now cites Jesuit's own development legacy alongside the program architect's practitioner background. §6: removed the standalone GM-relationship callout box, folding the Sterling Anderson (GM Chief Product Officer, a program-architect contact) appointment directly into the opening paragraph; the flagship co-curricular concept now frames a full STEM Racing/competitive-engineering build as a live possibility rather than something explicitly excluded; "players" changed to "students" in the Weiner/legacy-model description; the "what service corps means" callout moved to after the three-partnership-structures paragraph; removed the "~80 hours, confirm with Nick" parenthetical. §4 dropped the "what could stop this" framing line. §8: removed the Named Candidates list, widened Composition to 6–12, and moved Composition to the top of the section ahead of the phase structure. Exec summary: pope referred to as "He," not "Leo"; removed the draft-wording bracket on the founder's quote; thesis now precedes the magisterial callout; "in one line" dropped from both headers; "unexpectedly" removed; Three Phases relabeled Discovery/Pilot/Scale with all costs as $TBD; "What's Next" reduced to "Kickoff discussion"; TOC grid widened to 3 columns; every section page now has a jump-to-section dropdown.
